3. All candidates will be going for screening process and only those they meet the criteria will be interviewed

4. We do the candidate assesment process to meet the skillsets.

5. Behavioral and technical interview will be conducted by our technical team.

6. Resume’s of candidates who meets all your requirement will be forwarded to you.

7. Interview appointments will be fixed for selected candidates.

8. Negotiate salary/wages on our client behalf.The Contract will be signed.

9. We check the on-going progress of both employees and Employers for 1 months period

10. We give 45 days replacement gurentee for un-satisfied candidadtes.
