Temporary Staffing Process :

 

1. Job description and requirement analyzed by our Recruiter team/BDM ( Business Development Manager )

2. We do our own database search and advertise in local news papers.

3. All candidates will be going for screening process and only those they meet the criteria will be interviewed

4. We do the candidate assesment process to meet the skillsets.

5. Behavioral and technical interview will be conducted by our technical team.

6. Resume’s of candidates who meets all your requirement will be forwarded to ourclients.

7. Interview appointments will be fixed for selected candidates with our technical team.

8. Negotiate salary/wages.The Contract will be signed for the agreed contract period

9.Temporary offer will be issed.

10. We check the on-going progress of both employees and Employers for 15 days period.

11. Based on client satisfaction the offer will be released for the agreed contract period
